Here are some basic things you can do to help your psyche to get rid of old patterns of thinking and accept changes and the new energy: Step 1: Write down the things you want to let go of - bad habits, negative thought patterns, toxic people, or any situations that no longer serve you. Be honest and specific about what you want to release from your life. Step 2: Burn the paper with the intention of letting go of these things for good. Trust that as the paper burns, you're releasing these old patterns and making space for new energy to enter your life. Step 3: Write down the things you want to invite into your life - new opportunities, positive relationships, healthy habits, or any other desires you have. Visualize these things as already existing in your life. Step 4: Keep this paper under your pillow or bury it in your garden as a reminder of your intentions. Trust that as you continue to focus on these desires, you'll start to see them manifest in your life. Remember, just like a flower needs time to bloom, these changes may take time to manifest. But with patience, intention, and a positive attitude, you can create the life you truly desire.
